In this way we get all of the advantages, without the risk of these superpowerful unaccountable pseudo-citizens running amok our political, economic, and social reality, for no real reason other than ensuring their continued existence.

Its just a shame that Corporatism is so ingrained today that so few people are able to differentiate between it, and free-markets, in otherwise intelligent debate.

Thanks for the comment though, the other reply i received, was "Ok. The way I see it is: 1.) Corporations arent people. 2.) Money is not speech. So, its wrong, and a sad day for democracy"

That didnt leave much room for discussion.ReverendFranzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14309856871541884258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8657793243701108374.post-80439874130646663172010-01-25T16:35:02.166-08:002010-01-25T16:35:02.166-08:00I meant "Good LUCK with that happening,"...I meant "Good LUCK with that happening,"Jay21https://www.blogger.com/profile/13800050699809897529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8657793243701108374.post-32103617923895652002010-01-25T16:33:49.325-08:002010-01-25T16:33:49.325-08:00Excellent summation. I agree mostly that it is born from a bastardization of the "free market" and it would be easiest to correct by holding "those in charge" (CEO, Board of Directors, etc.) to a criminal standard for a gross action of "the company" not a random employee. Good lick with that happening, but it could help a lot.Jay21https://www.blogger.com/profile/13800050699809897529noreply@blogger.com
